This was the best gift I can give my partner and her family. They were never able to have a family photo taken. Her father passed away while she was still a baby. So to have a family painting meant so much to them.

The picture was absolutely perfect

The picture was absolutely perfect. My wife was unable to contain her tears (which she hated) but she absolutely love the artwork. Thank you for putting our kids with their grandmother!

My painting was perfect! It was so easy working with customer service & making adjustments to my liking & satisfaction. The turn around time was really fast as well! Definitely will get another.

Absolutely Amazing!

I could not fault my experience at all, I had a painting done of my Mother who has passed, and my nephew who never got to meet her. The painting looked exactly like them, and made us all very emotional. Thankyou to John who created my painting, it’s something we will treasure for a lifetime!

This company reached out to me via…

This company reached out to me via Aspire and a man named Johnny asked me if there was someone that I wanted to give a painting to. My story wasn't sad enough for him and he then decided to not collaborate. He did the same thing with a few friends of mine.

This company will also report your review and are not genuine. They pay TikTokers to create sob story videos.

This is the 4th painting that I have…

This is the 4th painting that I have ordered from PYL and I am truly in awe of both their product and service. I wasn't 100% happy with a small feature in the painting that I ordered and I asked them to fix it... They were unable to! And then the unthinkable happened... They offered immediately to create a new painting from scratch! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Thank you PYL! You're business ethic is exemplary!

I gave the painting to my wife during my family reunion …

I gave the painting to my wife during our recent family reunion and it blew her away.To see herself with her deceased parents who could see her get married just brought out so many tears of joy.Thanks guys for making that day joyous and re memorable for us all.

Amazing

Once I got the painting and gave it to my friend, it was everything I thought it was going to be and more. She truly appreciated it and couldn’t believe how well the artist had captured every subject in the photo. She was in complete awe so I am truly grateful and I couldn’t thank the artist enough.

Where can I get a hold of this company? All of the emails bounce back, and the phone numbers online all say they are not in service!

They advertise that you can send them photos of people now past. They advertise these large paintings with beautiful frames being unpackaged. It is a lie. I started my order on November 10 and it took three months to complete. First because they would not sell me a large canvas like they show on their website. Secondly because they no longer sell anything except the smallest frames; yet the continue to advertise and list prices as if they do. Multiple email and phone calls resulted in no honesty from these people. If they had just come out and said "We don't sell those sizes of paintings and frames anymore" I could have moved on. After 60 days your money is their money even if you have nothing to show for it. You are expected to know their jobs better than they themselves do and act accordingly. Phone calls are outsourced to a call center out-side of the U.S. The people answering are nice, respectful and do a great job at making think there is no problem. At the end of the phone call, you feel better and NOTHING has changed. I finally received my painting in a tube. I did not get what I paid for and am unable to easily find a company that will frame original artwork for less than a few hundred dollars. I cannot hang my painting; it is in a closet. They advertise large frame and list prices but they do not sell them. You CANNOT buy what they advertise! In fairness the artiest did a wonderful job. It is the lies of the company that prompted me to report them to the BB and every online site I can and will find both private and governmental in nature. Don't let these people steal from you.
